Return and Refund Policy
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Trendy Crackers reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded within 15 working days.
Once payment has been successfully made, no changes or amendments can be made to the order.
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. A 25% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
Claims & Returns
Customers are expected to verify that the invoice matches the order details and ensure the package is in good condition at the time of delivery.
No claims or returns will be accepted after delivery under any circumstances.
If any product is found to be missing or damaged at the time of delivery, we will either:
Replace the item(s) within 3–4 working days, or
Refund the proportional amount within 15 working days.
In the event that specific items are unavailable due to unavoidable reasons, Trendy Crackers reserves the right to dispatch substitute products of similar type and value.
